How do I choose between products?
Start with the useβcleanse, condition or moisturiseβthen compare age guidance, texture, fragrance and whether it is leave-on or rinse-off.
Can one product have more than one use?
Some blends are designed for more than one part of a family routine. Check each product page for its stated uses and directions.
02 Ingredient GuideUnderstand the labels without facing a wall of text.
Ingredients, clearly explained
Readable information comes first
Each product page shows the essential choosing information first, followed by the complete ingredient list, directions and sensory details.
Open the full Ingredients GuideFragranced does not automatically mean parfum
Our fragranced blends get their scent from the essential oils listed in the ingredientsβnot from added parfum or synthetic fragrance. Essential oils are still fragranced ingredients, so always read the full list and choose according to your familyβs needs and preferences.
What does fragrance-free mean here?
It means no fragrance has been added to create a scent. The raw ingredients may still have their own natural aroma.
Do fragranced blends contain parfum?
No added parfum is used to create the scent. Where a blend is fragranced, its scent comes from the essential oils named in the ingredient list.
Where can I learn more about the ingredients?
Use our Ingredients Guide for plain-English explanations and blend INCI names. For the exact formula you are buying, open Full ingredients (INCI) on the individual product page.
03 Sensory GuideCheck scent, texture and routine expectations in advance.
Know before you open it
Care that explains how it may feel
Sensory preferences are individual. Product information can help you plan, but it cannot guarantee that every texture or scent will suit every person.
How can I make a routine more predictable?
Keep the steps short, show the product before use, explain what happens next and allow time to become familiar with a new texture or scent.
Can this guide tell me what my child will tolerate?
No. It offers clearer information to support your choice, but every child and family experience is different.
What accessibility support is available?
