Representation in everyday care

Meet our little team.

Our eight ambassadors help children see different hair, skin, scalp, sensory and accessibility experiences represented with warmth.

They also show that families can look different. A trusted grown-up might be a mum, dad, sister, uncle, grandma, aunty or foster carer.

Different children.
Different routines.

Every family belongs here.

Our ambassadors are part of how we make care conversations more visible and easier to explore. Their stories are not medical advice, and no character can represent every child with the same experience.

If you are concerned about a child’s scalp, skin, hair loss or reaction to a product, ask an appropriate healthcare professional for individual guidance.
